Firstly to provide 24/7 reactive and emergency maintenance cover to Brixton plc’s portfolio of 80 industrial estates, office, business and retail parks within London and M25, now part of SEGRO, the UK's largest warehouse property company. Secondly to estimate for all insurance incidents and carry out works upon instruction and to carry out a planned programme of small works and repairs throughout the portfolio.
