Maintenance
Procare provides planned maintenance checks and inspections to SEGRO (Slough Estates Group), a leading property investment and development company and is often involved in re-commissioning buildings. The contract also incorporates an element of reactive emergency call outs including plumbing, electrical and roofing. In addition Procare provides SEGRO's new tenants with safe operational procedure demonstrations when moving to new and unfamiliar units.
